There are plenty of weight loss diet myths. Does it mean they are real? For instance is it good for your body to cut sugar completely? Or fat or alcohool? How many people can give up on these just like that?Is it wrong to have them every once in a while?

The main purpose of a diet is to eat food that contains less calories than your body spend to maintain your current weight. If you can do it then your body will have to use the accumulated fat to make up for the energy needed.
